This area is located northeast of the park entrance. The area is approximately 80' x 80' with a flat asphalt surface, 0% slope. Pine trees can be found on the perimeter, but provide no shade over the picnic area. It is 80°-95°F in the summer and 45°-65°F the winter. The wind picks up in the afternoon. There are large lawn areas great for softball, volleyball and football. Please bring your own equipment since none is provided nor rented. Parking is shared among all park users and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. One food truck per site is permitted.
