We heard from close to 500 people in response to our first community survey as we seek to learn from park users the different ways Coyote Point Recreation Area can be enhanced and planned for current and future recreational needs.

Using the information gathered, our project consultants have developed two concepts—ecology and activity— that could be implemented in three different areas of the park—the beach, knoll and marina. The ecology concept employs more nature-based elements, and the activity concept features more structured elements.
If you weren’t able to attend SummerFest you can still share your preferences by taking the digital survey in English or Spanish. The survey will close Sunday, Sep. 8 at 5 p.m.
