UPDATES
- December 2023 - Design Phase of the Project has started.
- February 2024 - 30% Plans, Specifications, and Estimates in development.
- March 2024 - 90% Plans, Specifications, and Estimates in development.
- April 2024 - 100% Plans, Specifications, and Estimates in development.
- May 2024 - The Plans, Specifications, and Estimate have been finalized for the Project. The Project is scheduled to be advertised for bids this May 2024, with the bid opening date scheduled on June 6, 2024.
- June 2024 - 'Bid opening date was moved from Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 2:30 pm to Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 2:30 pm. Bids were received and the lowest apparent bidder is Pavement Coatings Co. The project is scheduled to be awarded on June 25, 2024.
- July 2024 - On June 25, 2024, the Project was awarded by the County of San Mateo Board of Supervisors to Pavement Coatings Co. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2024.
