Project Description
The existing 2,300 feet of perimeter fencing on the south-end of the Half Moon Bay Airport is in poor condition. Airports must be fenced in order to meet Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
The perimeter fence will be replaced using material that is resistant to corrosion.
The south perimeter fence project is being paid for with Federal Aviation Administration grant funding (90%) and Airport Enterprise Funds (10%).
