About the Project
The Pillar Point Harbor CCTV project includes inspection of approximately 27,000 feet of storm drain pipes ranging from 12 to 60 inches in diameter and associated manholes and other structures within the unincorporated El Granade Area.
In 2022, the County conducted inspections of approximately 5% of the areas system along Capistrano Rd (Area 1). The current project will include inspection of the remaining pipe and manholes in the unincorporated El Granade Area to determine if there are any defects or illicit connections to the existing system.
