Please review the Notice to Contractors document below and click on the link found under paragraph (1)b. All Contractors are required to complete the Plan Holders Affidavit prior to accessing the project documents. Once the Affidavit is completed, you will be directed to download the bidding documents.
If you have specific questions related to the Reconstruction of Encina Avenue project, please submit your RFI's in writing to jschabowski@smcgov.org and wng@smcgov.org by May 23, 2022.
