Peter joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2015. He currently is assigned to: the Public Administrator/Public Guardian and serves on the Elder Abuse and Litigation teams.

Prior Experience
Upon graduation from law school in 2002, Peter joined the County Counsel’s Office for the County of Santa Clara where he worked for two years before first joining Bowman and Brooke LLP and then spending nine years at Carroll, Burdick & McDonough LLP where he served as national counsel for multi-national manufactures and their American subsidiaries in high-exposure products liability, premises liability, consumer warrant and commercial litigation matters. Peter has been recognized as a 2011-2015 “Rising Star” in Northern California by Super Lawyers.
